Delete your account

Dentipal is the dental staffing marketplace at dentipal.com and in the Dentipal app for iPhone and Android. You can delete your Dentipal account at any time.

Delete it in the Dentipal app

• Professionals: Profile tab → tap your name at the top → "Delete my account" at the bottom.
• Clinic owners (root account): Profile tab → Settings → Account & Billing → Delete root account at the bottom.

Delete it on the website

Sign in at dentipal.com, then:

• Professionals: select your profile picture in the top bar → Profile → Account deletion → "Delete my account". Type DELETE MY ACCOUNT, then select "Permanently Delete".
• Clinic owners (root account): select your initials in the top bar → Settings → Delete Root Account → "Delete Clinic Root Account". Type DELETE MY ACCOUNT, then select "Permanent Delete".

Can't sign in? Ask us to delete it

Send us a request and we'll confirm it's your account before we delete it. Use this too if you're on a clinic's team but don't own the clinic's account.

What happens to your data

Deleting your account removes it as soon as you confirm: your profile and sign-in, your uploaded documents (licences, certificates, ID, resume, photos and videos), your posts, comments, likes and follows, your messages, your job applications and invitations, ratings you gave or received, your notifications, your support requests and your saved cards.

If no one else can manage a clinic you manage, the clinic is closed too: its job posts are withdrawn, open applications and invitations are cancelled, and its conversations, office photos, contact details and team access are removed. Team members keep their own accounts.

We keep only what the law requires: records of completed shifts and payments, for tax and payment purposes, and records of the SMS and email consent choices you made. Neither is used to contact you or to rebuild your account.
